We also offer special down-payment assistance for; people with disabilities, individuals working in the health care industry, police, fire and/or sheriff's department. By completing our program; a series of one-on-one counseling sessions and one homebuyer education workshop, you will be prepared to apply for down payment funding offered by our community partners:
